About Fuzzery

Fuzzery is a small, independent online pet shop based in Sachse, Texas. We look for the fun, useful and slightly unusual things that make life with pets better: toys, beds, grooming tools, carriers, tank and cage accessories, and a few gifts for the people who love them.

We review every product before it goes on the site, skip anything that looks unsafe or poorly made, and write our own descriptions so you know what you're getting.

How we keep prices low

Instead of running a big warehouse, we work with fulfillment partners who ship orders straight to you. That keeps our prices friendly, but it also means delivery takes a bit longer than at a big-box store, usually 3-10 business days. Every order ships with tracking, and we're upfront about timing in our Shipping Policy.

Our promise

If something arrives damaged, broken or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you. Have a question or a problem? Get in touch and a real person will answer.
