Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Fuzzery collects when you visit our site or buy from us, how we use it, and who we share it with. If you have questions, email us at support@fuzzerypets.com.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you give it), the items you buy and what you paid.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your name, email, a securely hashed version of your password, saved addresses and wishlist.
  • Reviews and questions you post on product pages.
  • Messages you send us by email.
  • Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security.

Site analytics

To learn which products and pages are useful, and to make the store easier to shop, we record anonymous activity on our site:

  • the pages, products and categories you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll;
  • the links and buttons you click (their label and where they go, never anything you type into a form);
  • searches you run on our site, items you add to your cart, and how far you get through checkout;
  • the website or campaign that sent you here, your device type (phone, tablet or computer), browser and operating system;
  • your approximate location (country and state), worked out by our hosting provider from your IP address.

This activity is tied to a random ID that your browser stores (in local storage), not to your name, email, account or orders. We don't store your IP address with it, we don't fingerprint your device, and we don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We keep this data for up to 6 months, and only we can see it. We may send totals (for example, “120 visits, 8 added to cart”) to an AI service to get suggestions for improving the store; individual visits are never sent.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't record your activity at all. You can also clear the ID at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our store.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns and refunds.
  • To send emails about your order, such as confirmations and shipping updates.
  • If you have an account, to send a reminder when you leave items in your cart.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To understand how visitors use the store and improve it (see Site analytics above).
  • To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share only what's needed with the service providers that help us run the store:

  • Stripe processes payments and may use your details to prevent fraud (see Stripe's own privacy policy).
  • Our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) receives your name, shipping address, phone number and the items ordered so it can pack and ship your order. Their warehouses may be outside the United States.
  • Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your package.
  • Hosting, database and email providers store our data and send our emails on our behalf.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and protect forms from misuse. We also keep the random analytics ID described above in your browser's local storage. Stripe also sets cookies during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout and sign-in won't work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes (generally up to 7 years). You can delete saved addresses at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details, addresses and saved payment methods from your account page. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we'll honor those requests as the law requires. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
