Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use fuzzery.vercel.app or buy from Fuzzery, an independent online store based in Sachse, Texas. “We” and “us” mean Fuzzery. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed and you receive an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping and any sales tax. We collect Texas sales tax on orders shipped to Texas addresses, as required by law.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, tracking and lost packages are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Return Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors, sizes and packaging can vary slightly from what you see on screen. If an item is materially different from its description, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

Using products safely with your pet

Every pet is different. Choose products that suit your pet's size, age and habits, follow any instructions and warnings, and supervise your pet with toys and accessories. Check items regularly and stop using anything that is worn, broken or being chewed into pieces. Our products are not a substitute for advice from your veterinarian.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Reviews and questions

If you post a review or question, it must be honest, lawful and about the product. You let us display it on our site. We may remove content that is offensive, off-topic, or spam.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site belong to Fuzzery or our partners. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our products and site are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. Before starting any dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
